All items are handmade to order so delivery times will be advised once your order has been received.
If you need the item for a specific date please contact us before you order so that we can check if this is achievable.
Please note that colours can vary slightly dependent on the screen being used to view the item. If you need a specific colour
match, please contact us before ordering.
If you prefer, you can use the Free Text Box in your order to state what size or colour you need, or measure the length of the
body from the base of the skull to the top of the hips and the underarm to wrist. Please also remember to measure the
curcumference of the head.

special request or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once they have been started.
Your order will be sent to you via Royal Mail 2nd class post (patterns are sent by e-mail). Postage and packing charges for the UK are included in the item price,
there is nothing extra to pay. We are happy to post to the rest of the World but please contact us before ordering so that we can advise
the additional cost.
